Turning Trash into Treasure is to reflect the use of food manufacturing by product, which otherwise go waste, is used by upcycling the by product as an ingredient.
In this case, Vision Food has successfully used OKARA (By product of Tofu manufacturing process) into vegan muffins which enhance the nutrition and reduce the carbon footprint.
